We booked a 4:30 meeting on Friday where all twenty of us will give a five minute update on what we did this week.
That’s what my manager calls a standup. I mean, I guess I don’t mind if that’s what he wants to do. I just wished he would call it a daily staff meeting or something, rather than a standup.
Does he do a tight five to start it out?

And when your old boss dies he'll be hired to tyrannize you for all eternity.
There was a comic for a little while with a guy who ends up in hell but it's better than his corporate job and his new boss is actually respectful and can't imagine anything but. Also his old boss was a loon who obsessed about how dead subordinate.
Anyone remember the name of that artist or the comic itself? I haven't been on r/comics in ages.
