Seem like an odd place to build these judging by the video, but generally these are a nice option and certainly better than busses.
This is really cool! The common belief I've seen is that urban ropeways make the most sense over steep terrain in dense cities, but this appears to prove they can be practical when neither of those conditions is true!
The article claims that it is dense, but I also don't really see that in the video. But such ropeways are probably a lot less disruptive to urban forests and certainly much cheaper to build than something under ground.
