Yes it does, when the court dismisses a case, it's equivalent to the case failing in that court. Reddit won by default.
It's actually the clearest victory you can get, as the court deems there are absolutely no grounds for the case against reddit.
That's it it's dismissed with prejudice.

I moderated the /r/amc sub that was utterly inundated with WSB dipshits that couldn't read a sidebar to save their lives. Fuck everything about WSB and this asshat. Hopefully they get him to pay their legal expenses and maybe get to kick him in the nuts.
