MODERATORS
These aren't even funny anymore. I just get angry seeing their smug bullshit as they prove they don't care about anything but their cult leader. They drown in propaganda and look at every one else as if they're the brainwashed ones...
It's important to remember that these are cherry picked to be as funny as possible for TV. Even though tens of millions of people voted for Trump, they do not all sound like this.
My father and his side of the family are big Trumpers and they all sound like this. We also have a small Trump group where I live that demonstrates weekly and they make these guys sound smart.
It's purely anecdotal, but I actually have yet to find a Trump supporter who doesn't sound like this because, to be a Trump supporter, you pretty much have to think like this.
Why specify? Is there some other kind of trump fan?
Delusional, malicious, antisocial, etc. they come in lots of flavors.
Depressing
This kind of thing is why I became a misanthrope.
I stopped watching these sort of things in 2022 and it's done wonders. That said, I'm tempted having clicked into this post...
If you do, do it for Jordan Klepper's wit. It's truly impressive how fast he comes up with these and how deft he is at it.
I could do it in writing over an hour. He does it on the fly in seconds and is able to manage the conversation at the same time. It's incredible.
