You hired handlers for your dogs and gave them cute little uniforms so they don't realize they're just servile peasants to you?

King shit, technically.

hey don’t realize they’re just servile peasants

i think that servants to the queen have no illusion about the fact they are servants and i assume there are worse ways in the world to make a living

does the queen pay them? or are they hocking used-once gloves and candlesticks on the open market still?

also, I'm pretty sure it's currently a king.

does the queen pay them?

probably not that well, you can find some articles on the topic of buckingham palace advertising positions with salaries below what some ngo called "livable wage", but considering they probably live and eat on the premises for free, they decided it is worth it, i guess.

also, I’m pretty sure it’s currently a king.

i am pretty sure that servants of any sovereign know they are servants. also, the image is from no later than 2013.

and to add to the confusion, here in this article the photo is labeled with "queen mother's corgis" - https://www.telegraph.co.uk/royal-family/2022/09/11/duke-duchess-york-will-take-queen-elizabeths-beloved-corgis/

You’re talking to a duke after all.

He looks so much like Ambassador Mollari. Londo would definitely be talked into this if he thought it would give him influence …

Those are military uniforms, so either the RAF or whatever service protects VIPs over there.

No servant uniform I've ever seen has shoulder bars and stripes.
