Anti-Semitism as a term is broken because of Israel. Because that country has accused everybody opposing what it does no matter how horrific as somehow representative of a whole race of people.
It is truly nonsensical as well because Arabs are a Semitic people's as well. They are all the descendants of the ancient Phoenicians and others, the carthaginians.
Israel is the most anti-Semitic country in the world, straight up bigotry against Semitic peoples of the arab tribes.
It's called "antisemitism" because the ones that coined the term viewed Jews and Arabs as the same, and wanted to rid Europe of these "Semitic" influences. They also wanted to sound scientific about their Jew-hatred so they invented this term rooted in the trendy race science of the day.
I know this isn't real evidence and anecdotal but Instagram reeels and their comments suggest "anti semitism" is rising as people use the actions of Israel to shed a bad light on Israel.
Also just look at how popular Klandace Owens, Fucker Carlson and Prick Fuentes are becoming by using antisemitism backed by the actual atrocities of Israel
