Tbf, Arjo (and Alfred Vargas) deny that they dealt with the Viscayas, not Wawao Builders. That still doesn't absolve them because Wawao is just as bad (and the fact he deleted it is suss), pero at least may point sila the Discayas are liars.

Also, I live near Culiat Creek and yung closest flood control project na napansin ko was only built early this year (around March). Ewan ko lang dun sa iba pa na 2023 pa supposedly dapat nag-start. As a cursory Google search would show you of Culiat Creek since 2023, wala naman naitulong sa baha. Mas lalo pa nga lumala kasi binabaha na kami ngayon sa bahay since last year and that never happened kahit nung Ondoy.
