And this post is great for so many reasons, and so many aspects of life, other than just veganism. Because it argues - better than I can in this space, so just read the article - for why your individual actions, your individual choices, and your courage to talk about your actions and choices and the moral beliefs behind them, really do make a difference. One person at a time. One life at a time.

I went vegan in January, at that time the caterer at my work had vegan options maybe once or twice a week (he's a butcher by trade, so it's pretty unfamiliar territory for him). Just by ordering the vegan option anytime I was at work and leaving a good review on it if I liked it, the frequency of vegan options has gone up to 3-4 days a week, plus there is now a vegan sandwich option that can be ordered any day.
That probably wasn't all me, but it's a noticeable and nice change over a reasonable time.
