Am I the only one not making the switch until they literally force me to?

I folded because the 1 click login is so good and I don't use linux so no bother there
Not being able to use HDOS has been annoying but it seems it's being added so no complaints from me now
You can just use the launcher without a jagex acc for now
im the same, after the initial reports that stuff was getting wrecked, I'll wait thanks lol
Nope, I have no plans to upgrade either.
As someone who uses linux, I'm was very excited when I saw that they specifically mentioned official support for Linux as something many people were looking for. I was then extremely dissapointed when their reponse is still to use a workaround. Without official support I will not be switching to a Jagex account
Will there be official support for Linux?
While the Jagex Launcher is not currently supported on Linux, there are some community projects that might help you play and we are reviewing how smoothly these workarounds function. Please head to our dedicated Linux article for more information.
They also didnt even answer the question they asked themselves.
At least they are aware of the issue. For now it is still possible to bypass the Jagex Launcher trough Stream, but this will only allow you to play on the account linked to your steam user account, and you can only play on the steam client.
I really hope they will make an official Linux build before upgrading to a Jagex account will be forced. The answers on Reddit at least sounded like the door was still open for creating a Linux version, before they just said Linux was not supported.
Yeah the fact they are at least commenting on is at least more than we got before. Still doesnt make me optimistic that something is coming down the pipe
Still no official Linux support…
