Comment reply fails saying the instance is wrong (reddthat.com)

I get the following error when replying to comment opened from inbox. This started to happen after the latest summit update

Client error. Code: 401. Message: Attempted to call an auth'd endpoint with the wrong account. Account instance: reddthat.com Api instance: lemmy.world.

I can't reproduce this on my end. Can you add step by step instructions on how to reproduce this? This will help me troubleshoot the issue. Thank you.

It appears the bug is not reproducible now. I will reply later if I can reliably reproduce the issue

When replying to you here yesterday I had the same thing happen. I updated, navigated to the test post for that issue, then went to reply. Not sure about the exact chain of actions. Maybe it was me clicking a link to a different instance then going back?

I think I then closed and reopened my post and tried again, where it then worked.
