I don't think there's a correct reason someone finds a fetish a fetish, it's just something they witnessed and were turned on by. Though I for one will never understand what people's obsession with feet is, other than at one point it was probably considered 'taboo'. The same is probably true for farting and other forms of excrement, humanity seems to be attracted to that which they're told is wrong or forbidden.
