Ew. I'm not exactly a professional or an expert in organizing, but from my experience there's a lot of grave errors made that a Marxist party ought to be able to reflect on and not do in order to build a mass movement for socialism. What a shame

The IMT/RCI is so much worse than I had imagined. I thought they were mostly just a useless, sheepdogging leech of an organization, but they've done so much to actively undermine the class struggle. It's certainly worth a read, even if it does levy accusations of "Stalinism" and dedicates an entire section to focus on the right of self determination to the province of Quebec. In their defence, they dedicate even more space to the indigenous peoples' right to self determination.
