He’s 33, you have to be 35 to run for president
There's a little more, mentioned in Article 2, Section 1 of the constitution.
Oh, it’s he not US born?
Born in Uganda to Indian parents. Moved to US when he was seven. Naturalized citizen. Can also run for Governor, House Rep, or Senator. Just not VP or President.
So when Trump "runs again"...
If that happens, he'll just have his opponents defenestrated or shot.
Because if we've learned anything from the Trump era, it's that laws ~~restricting candidacy for president~~ apply evenly to everyone, so we should play by the rules.
What a great and smart law.
He's a naturalized citizen. He can't run for president.
And trump (and every last centrist) wants to revoke his citizenship to keep him out of the race.
