This is a huge relief. Even if Partey stays we need backup in defensive midfield. But if he leaves it is critical. Eventually I could see MLS moving into that role. But we need more than just a starter (Zubimendi), an aging star with an injury history (Partey), and a very talented teenager (MLS).
