Fill it with trans-men, since woman means biological woman (in the eyes of UK law), they can't object to a bunch of trans guys buying up all the flats.

Honestly as much as the current terf idiots are insane.

I think that even they tend to be less worried about trans men sharing women's spaces then the other way around.

Honestly in their mind they really are still women. Trans men moving in would just reinforce Thier views.

People who are against trans women sharing spaces with cis women often use the argument that anyone could put on a dress, say they are a woman and enter the space with malicious intent. If trans men are able to use those same space with cis women, then malicious cis men don't even need to put on a disguise.

The argument isn't sound in the first place, but I honestly don't think it even occurs to them that trans men exist.
