Ahhhh shit, I can't see there being any survivors on this :( It came down in a residential area too.
Edit: apparently a guy sat in 11A survived?!

First fatal hull loss of a 787 too.
On a video posted to Reddit you can hear the Ram Air Turbine running, suggesting there's a hydraulic / engine problem. You also don't hear the high pitched whine from the engines you'd expect if the plane were taking off normally.
Heads up visiting that subreddit, there's a lot of seriously NSFL videos and pictures there. I've not seen it myself but there's a lot of warnings on Reddit where people have posted media of the aftermath that you may never unsee.
Yeah, I wish it were possible to just link to the video itself but, you know how Reddit doesn't want anybody to be able to see their videos without also seeing everything around the videos.
How about using frontend alternatives like

Hmm, good idea. I hadn't thought about that. It looks like that lets you link just to the video:

Anything related to aircraft, airplanes, aviation and flying. Helicopters & rotorcraft, airships, balloons, paragliders, winged suits and anything that sustains you in the air is acceptable to post here.
