Has everyone with a lemm.ee community settled to a new location yet?

Mostly.

For the communities I moderate, I've got 4 of 5 done:

• [email protected] already consolidated with [email protected] a couple months ago.
• [email protected] moved to [email protected] (Thanks, Blaze, for your leadership on this one)
• [email protected] consolidated with [email protected] (not ideal, might consider [email protected] in the future)
• [email protected] moved to [email protected]
• [email protected] Not sure what to do with this one. I never had grand plans for it, but the community/instance name combo (referencing the "lemme smash" meme) was too good to pass up. The wordplay wouldn't be the same on another instance. Any suggestions?

For the communities I'm subscribed to, most of which have no active mod, 6 out of 8 have found new homes.

[email protected] has lost members recently idk why. From what I gather from other comments, the subscribers figure yoyos. We're still doing well though and I'm helped by some brilliant people.

I've taken over [email protected] and I'm looking forward to expanding and growing that.

Moved most of the community to different instance but still trying to find a place for [email protected] and CassetteeFuturism. (Don't want to repeat the mistake of making too much communities on a single instance)

My biggest community is hosted on slrpnk and that's as down as can be right now.

Luckily I didn't host anything on lemm.ee

It's really interesting to see so many communities move to piefed.social. I've always been a proponent of spreading out the fediverse though, shame it's all the flagship piefed instance. Is there a generic piefed instance that isn't .social?

[email protected] is doing relatively well, albeit it's mostly me doing the posting. Let's how much it can grow in the next few months.
