I find it interesting they give English subtitles in the video but the description is pure Japanese. Maybe because most browsers will auto-translate? I was viewing through the YouTube app.

Not all of these Japanese rabbit channels use YouTube's multi-language support, whether they don't know about it or just don't bother. I have a hunch that a handful of these Japanese channels, including this one, write their own English captions instead of relying on machine translation.
Post bunny pics, post questions about rabbits, almost anything rabbit or hare-related goes (whether wild or domestic).
Other than that, rules should be pretty obvious: be nice, no bigotry/discrimination, stay on topic, etc.
