I think I am missing some context with all the Saint celestine memes
Inquisitor Greyfax has big tsundere energy about Saint Celestine, originally thinking she's potentially dangerous, to the point of near-obsession, while Celestine is as Holy-and-Pure-and-Friendly as possible towards her. Greyfax eventually softens up somewhat towards Celestine.
For obvious reasons, they get shipped a lot because of that.
