I would wear it either casually with a tshirt or dressed up with tank top and a short sleeved blazer. Either way, boat shoes/loafers.

These are so cute! Perfect for boiling summer or holidays. I'm gonna go with a darker shade of light blue vest top and my adidas pride trainers. I'm not sure about accessories though... I feel it needs some but don't know what....
