The gameplay loop seems fine, but mostly interested in the rewards. Honestly everything other then cosmetic is just for bots? Making magic shortbow faster :). None main would do that when they can just go into wildy and earn way more money or try to rush levels to raids. New spools is crazy for bots idk.

Even for irons, its proboly not worth it to go out of your way to make faster things when fletching is already a no time skill. Making strings is so bad and sure you get some from a boss? But you kinda swimming in cash after that anyways.

I wanted interesting rewards, not just make the least relevant skill even less relevant :/. The first blog post were interesting, but it seems like the only minigame for fletching will mostly only change that people will make fletching bots. Goes a bit faster to make arrowshaft for irons, but its still a no time skill. What you think?

Ironman here so its not about $$$. Being able to string more than 14 bows per inventory will be great because i go through the trouble of stringing 10,000+ bows just to chop trees less. Anything to make the semi-afk grinds less tedious works for me. Sure there are better ways to train but im a casual skiller first, pvmer second.

Ye i mean where you get the bow string? Flax from zulrah? The spell is thrash. Temple trekking? Its so bad already when you get access to it.

Sorry im negative, but like were getting one minigame a year that supposed to help skilling? This just makes dead methods less dead, and still not worth making any bows.

And ye, proboly we will not get another fletching minigame before osrs is dead game (18 years???)

I'm excited for it. Not exactly dying for it since at the end of the day it's still just fletching, but I've been 91 fletch for a while on my group iron leaving plenty of room to try and green log it before hitting 99.

I play a lot but I've never been one those guys who make fletch zero time by making broad arrows while doing rooftops and stuff

Yee, i was just looking for more progression in the skill, like dragon grapple, new darts that reducee enemy defense like in first blog. New uniqes from the minigame to make combo straffes. But instead were just ezscappe the skill when its already the easyest skill in the game by far

I honestly hoped it wouldn’t pass just because there wasn’t enough solid rewards to merit a minigame for. The herblore mini game has some pretty great rewards and adds a new way to train herblore that uses your crap herbs.

This minigame has like two rewards and I would only care about one of them even as an iron.

I’m already kinda tired of mini games for skill upgrades so having this mini game be underwhelming feels bad. Plus there’s only two rewards so you know they’re gonna make those two take a fair bit of time to grind out.

yee, i mean most people other then bots will not care about the spoll thingy, sure maybe some people who doesnt know how to earn money or efficent will do it. but its the same as cutting magic logs. ahh a bad method getting buffed? like who cares, if jagex buff yew trees on membership worlds, still going to be so bad yep.

herblore minigame was so good rewards, well not very, but made it very nice for ironmans atleast, which we know the minigame was for haha.

takes longer then 30min to get the knife? then its probly not efficent to go out of your way to get it on ironman, so honestly its so dead minigame. :(, and we aint going to get a new fletching minigame most likely next 15 years.
