I'm also interested in a solution to this. Can ChatGPT somehow help you parse the information from Google Takeout into a method which is importable into Open Maps?
I wrote my own script that extract all needed info from saved google page html, and then converts it to GPX file

Is this list currently included as one of your own saved lists on Google Maps? If so, it might be obtainable through Google Takeout. If not, have a look there anyway because I don't know what else might be obtainable from there.
