Yes! There are normal types that just grow straight up, but I really liked these braided ones. Makes me wonder how many cool plants you can end up with when you shape them during growth.

Dracaena angolensis, actually they moved the plants in the genus Sanseiveria to dracaena as of recently because of the recent studies they did.

Dracaena angolensis, they just tied it up to look like that. they recently moved all genus in sansierva to dracaena due to genetic studies.
