When I did admin it was 66% and then I'd leave early as well. My current role is peaks and troughs of busy, so I work based onnthat

I attend the meetings with a half-stubble beard and a pyjama top (hey, it looks smartish) and a general look of defeat, which I find employers respond well to. As soon as the camera's off I'm chipper as hell now that I have the whole weekend to finish all the lingering tasks without someone breathing down my neck

I don't put much effort in at any point during the week. They don't pay me enough to actually give a fuck lol

Nothing for the first hour or two, then I go for like 80% energy before lunch, then have a long siesta-like hour or so of doing nothing after lunch, then a big 100% sprint to accomplish something before leaving early

As much as I can, that's the money day.

I suppose it's different if you don't work in a restaurant, though.

Same level I put in the other days of the week. Which is high, generally. I've become a bit of a workaholic recently.

Just enough to not be noticed and try not to doze off.

The same as everyday. I don't want to neglect others trying to wait for time off.
