You kinda sound like you want to hate this game. That’s all well and good but I’m not sure why you came to a community to just be negative. I hope you can still have fun replaying 2016 and Eternal. I know I do
Okay, I went back and tried again after the dragon levels. And I got into it. Really got into it. I like this game a lot. It's got Eternal vibes. I do miss glory kills and the B button dash. But other than that, this is fine.
Hell yeah. Same here actually. The final quarter of the game gets absolutely nuts but I’m totally loving it. I’ve got 2 or 3 chapters left and I can’t believe how cool this turned out
Yep! I'm almost exactly half way. Just finished chapter 11. I think anyone who's missing the hook on this game has to get past the first dragon sequence which honestly isn't that bad just dull.
I'm playing on Ultra Violence and I'm feeling like I might be dying at least once a level. It's a good setting with the default sliders. But I'm kinda still playing like it's Doom Eternal.
I needed somewhere to vent because I'm disappointed. I didn't want to hate the game. I don't really have any other outlets to talk about it. I don't use reddit with an account. I'll try again once the game is cheaper.
