You are correct about the community mods being AFK. However, after doing some basic research, the recent problem user on this community seems to be a wannabe blogger who struggles with the online world, possibly has English as a second language, and has recently seen a psychiatrist. Based on that info, I don’t think their comments and behavior are guided by AI.

How much of their online persona is trolling and how much of it is a mental health issue? I don’t know. Other users have tried the kid gloves response, and since the issue may truly just be mental health then we should continue to be restrained and levelheaded if we must acknowledge this user. Right now, it’s up to the mods/admins to step in and give a more firm response.
