I think guys would understand what women feel in alleys if they were told this: Imagine you are new in prison alone in a shower and there are three guys (each able to easily overpower you) that say “I like your smile”.
At a certain point people who lack empathy are never going to get it no matter how much you dumb it down.

Firstly, they have the power to make your day go to shit.
Secondly, the average man has power over the average woman simply due to the imbalance in physical size and strength.
Oh that's what it means. My mistake, I read position of power as social power rather than physically. Thanks for pointing that out.

Specifically, someone who, when attempting to mock or denigrate their political opposition, accidentally describes themselves. They aren't self aware enough to notice. Or, alternatively, someone who accurately describes the world while trying to parody it.
