When a lawyer representing the students arrived and requested a warrant, law enforcement refused to share it with the lawyer, stating they had already shown it to the residents, a source told Status Coup.

Reporting from MLive confirms at least three raids took place this morning.

So, has the Constitution been officially abandoned, at this point?

I can't understand why any law enforcement official would sign off on this kind of shit, knowing that they're about to be facing a massive lawsuit over both the 1st and 14th amendment violations they've just committed.

Fred Hampton was literally assassinated by the FBI in 1969. The MOVE Bombing was in 1985. Both of these were proceeded by the Tulsa Massacre in 1921 and all of them were carried out by law enforcement. None of them ever saw law enforcement officers or agents personally held accountable.

Why would they give a shit about the first ammendment in 2025?
