Scrolling waaaay too far down to see this:

https://old.reddit.com/r/worldnews/comments/1k0h9uu/anonymous_releases_10tb_of_leaked_data_exposing/mne7bww/

Source is https: // x . com / CyberUnknown45

This archive has been up for over a year and is added to regularly, there's nothing especially new about it.

You don't have to sign in to Shitter at this link: https://nitter.net/CyberUnknown45

Previously, attempting to verify source, etc...

Trendsnewsline? Any attempt to locate or open doesn't work. Lots of warnings saying it's a scam site. I'm out of my element here. Maybe someone can shed light on what's up with this site/story. https://trendsnewsline.com/2025/04/15/anonymous-leaks-10tb-of-data-on-russia-shocking-revelations/

Original Reddit post:

Sorry, this post has been removed by the moderators of r/worldnews.

Not sure why it says that when it's still accessible. Adding old before reddit, notice doesn't appear but it does have flair: Not a News Article https://old.reddit.com/r/worldnews/comments/1k0h9uu/anonymous_releases_10tb_of_leaked_data_exposing/

u/civilservant2011 comments on it extensively. https://old.reddit.com/r/worldnews/comments/1k0h9uu/anonymous_releases_10tb_of_leaked_data_exposing/mnebxnl/

I have downloaded the archive. Its around 20Gbs Compressed. Has a compression rate of 84 percent (so I doubt it is actually 10TBs) - I havent decompressed the whole archive, rather viewing the archive and extracting individual files as needed.

I have scanned the archive with 2 different tools. No vulns or malware detected.

Mostly the information in the archive is specific to individual companies in Russia with folders for them and random PDFs for each company.

There is a lot of individual folders for people like Musk, Trump, Poilievre etc but they just contain some reports from Web application scans against Twitter users (including IP address's)

This archive may be useful to the UKR armed forces since there are hundreds of PDF on defense companies in russia.

I cant read Russian so my translation of files is slow. So far I haven't seen any secrets that UKR intel probably doesn't already know.

Interesting archive though.

u/snowline provides download link. https://old.reddit.com/r/worldnews/comments/1k0h9uu/anonymous_releases_10tb_of_leaked_data_exposing/mne3ad7/

u/theseabaron asks:

Anyone else having trouble seeing that link?

u/catbaloney replies:

Yes. It's also not showing up in other mainstream news feeds too.

u/Expensive_Watch_435 might be onto something here:

The page is getting DDOS'd. Meaning, yeah the list is probably fuckin real

Edit:

Maybe someone can shed light on what’s up with this site/story

I guess not.

Don't thank them too much. worldnews mods keep removing those posts.

Yeah, fuck Reddit. Why is this just a screenshot, and no link to the article. Just a lazy post imo

I guess this is what they meant by Info Wars

[–] givesomefucks@lemmy.world 5 points 2 weeks ago

The links are technically in the picture, but can you edit to include clickable links in the body text of the post?

I know the point is the frequency of articles about the topic and not the specific articles, but you should still provide the actual links
