There seems to be a problem joining the matrix room (matrix.to)

I keep getting this error in element

MatrixError: [403] You do not belong to any of the required rooms/spaces to join this room. (https://matrix.org/_matrix/client/v3/join/%23librewolf%3Amatrix.org?server_name=matrix.org&via=matrix.org)

Anybody else?

Man alive the entire matrix protocol / ecosystem is such a disaster. When it was first announced, I was so excited, but now after all this time, I feel it has no future whatsoever. This is a perfect example.

Just piling on to say that I have been unable to join any Matrix servers despite having set up two accounts successfully.

And why are there no usable android clients for spaces?
