In work environments, I dress semi formal - smart button down shirt etc. - but with significant black and purple tones. I usually keep my rings on. My style inspiration is recent Nick Cave.

Family... are just about used to me being weird.

Good question! I'm lucky my work is pretty flexible, so I can get away with looking a bit goth. I tend to go for an alt girl shirt with black pants and a cardy, or I'll wear a knee length goth dress with black tights. I don't think I could work somewhere that needed me mega formal it's just not me.

Outside of work I just think sod it, I can wear what I want! So the bright tights and stuff come out then. I've never been mega goth with make up, so that's never an issue for me.

Exactly. Id want to work somewhere that doesn't restrict being able to use self expression through fashion

Totally agree, it's how we show our personality. Companies should never strip your personality away

Work: I can dress however I want there, they are very chill.

Family: I'm getting them used to more unusual things veeeeeeery slowly and gradually, so until I habe them at one point I will probably have moved on from there several times. But it's better than nothing I guess
