Ehkä tällä saa vähennettyä sitä niin kutsuttua keskustan näivettymistä.

Sijainnin puolesta tämä voi myös houkutella ihmisiä Mikaelinkirkon suuntaan keskustasta joka voinee tapahtumien yms. myötä jäädä muuten vähemmälle huomiolle.
