I don’t think they need the Constitution to say anything at this point. I think the easier route for them is to plunge the US into civil disorder and then declare martial law.
The only way the US would "plunge" into disorder, is if people decided to do that. Regardless of the vibe that Lemmy likes to put out there, most people are not into protesting and creating drama and fucking shit up.
