“wE cAn aLwAyS TeLL!”
a man who mistook her for transgender verbally threatened her in a women’s restroom
...
I thought it was trans people that were a threat in women's restrooms. Turns out its assholes that are the threat.
I'm not sure there has been a single documented case of a trans person causing trouble in a restroom. Assholes, by contrast, cause plenty of trouble.
And yet without assholes we wouldnt need public restrooms :'(
Nice
So you would have what, "no-rest piss-n-go" rooms?
My cis sister is 6'4". This is bullshit.
If they know they're going to be fired when confronted by a transphobe, they're likely to srart getting violent on first contact with one. I'm totally here for it.
The fucked up part of the story was the fucking man went into the women's room to confront her. That motherfucker should see the inside of a cell for that alone.
I'd prefer he see (just ever so briefly, for the adrenaline and fear effect) the belt sander running at high speed that was about to remove his face.
He needs to take the asphalt temperature challenge.
Heard about this one through a trans friend. I hope she sues the fuck out of them.
No, no. No back pay, years of pay. Fuck you Walmart. She needs a lawsuit.
I never get those responses from companies.
"After we treated you like shit, how would you like to continue to work here?"
Why did Walmart hire this trans-looking woman in the first place if Walmart hates them? Hiring and firing people is a cost. Also, why wasn't Walmart charged with a hate crime?
