I also really like iroiro as another comment mentioned. He has a comprehensible input playlist for complete beginners - it has a ton of pictures, pretty slow speech, it's very understandable.

Between those, you should be off to a good start.

I started learning through Duolingo, it has some quirks and downsides but I like the gamification aspect, as for YouTube videos I find videos by Kaname Naito very useful
