Connect does. Unfortunately it's all based on polling (asking the server if there are any comments) every so often, instead of being notified immediately. Lemmy doesn't support sending out notifications (yet?)

MODERATORS
Clicking the notifications seems to just open Connect. I just get taken to my home page, but at least it's a notification. It's something!
Connect has nice options for notifications.
First app I've found with them. Thanks!
