Abortion isn't federally illegal. The doctor's actions were legal in NY.

Being interstate commerce this case could conceivably only be federal jurisdiction no?

The Spanish Inquisition jokes will cease to ring mirth as christofacism tightens it's noose. Once they run some cases through the kangaroo supreme Court and establish nationwide bans they'll then use military and police force even in blue states. They will not stop. They can only be met with force.
