It would legitimately be hilarious if he tried to prosecute Biden for anything and was shut down by that SCOTUS ruling.
Don't worry. The SCOTUS is going to come up with a new blatantly unconstitutional ruling to justify whatever new villainy Mr. Poopypants dreams up.
I mean, they can literally say "it only counts for #45 and #47" and exactly who is going to tell them they are wrong?
