Legit, start one. I haven't seen such a thing, but if you start it, you have the chance to shape what the community will become. There's an awesome thing :)

very! but modding a community is a big commitment and a lot of work. I miss quite a few subs but work too much and would 100% be an absentee mod who forgets I'm supposed to be doing work on the community
Yes, it's the wrong place. Just don't tell the mods :^)
Give this a check when looking for communities in the Lemmyverse. There's [email protected] and [email protected]; they seem rather new though.
