Anyone have favorite (preferably free) programs for building strength. Body weight exercises are best but I could probably get ahold of a kettlebell.

I do like 5 sun salutations every morning, starting about 55 weeks ago. the easier (A) variant. just as a maintenance thing, because I am over the hill.

while not specifically for improving strength, I have found it to be kind of key/foundational for good posture, body mechanics and locomotion. and definitely helps recover from soreness and over exertion without tightening up so any strength I do build doesn't come with range of motion restriction.

if I had more motivation I would do more B variants with the more advanced transitions that improve balance and strength... which would probably lead to doing stuff like more "Hindu pushups" and eventually handstand pushups/walking on hands. but honestly, that was something I was more interested in doing when I was younger and wanted to be weird at parties.
