It's wild that he was a rescue who was destined for euthanasia after spending a month in a shelter. My family insists on buying $1000+ purebred dogs from breeders who end up with horrible health issues while he's six years-old and can hike up a mountain without issue. So many perfectly good pets get no chance.
Shelter dogs and cats are the best and Sasha is one of them.
