Safari because all other "browsers" are basically wrappers for Safari and yes even Google Chrome.

MODERATORS
Safari.
I love the tab bar to the moon and back. Every other browser is just Safari with an asterisk, since Apple makes everybody use WebKit.
I don’t use Chrome on any of my devices, so I’m not worried about missing out on sync. The fewer Google products I use, the better.
WebKit. It’s all WebKit.
Firefox. I love how it integrates with Firefox on the other half dozen devices and computers I use daily.
Safari
Safari ...and FYI every browser on iOS uses Safari's WebKit.
I use Safari but if Firefox was like how it is on Android with addons then I'd be using that instead.

Used to use firefox until it somehow became shit and was forced to change to safari. Super annoying. Used to be a great app.
Orion Browser which comes with a built-in add blocker.

Been using this on my iPad pro for several months. I love the flexibility for extensions. It's not perfect but I enjoy the trade offs even if it does randomly slowdown sometimes.
Also using Orion! It’s the only one that’s convinced me it’s better than Safari, primarily because it’s actually more aggressive with power savings than Safari. The implementation to kill idle tab processes almost immediately is very effective imo.
Safari. I know a lot of people don’t like the UI but I do. It also is the most performant of the three big ones and it’s not a google product, so I don’t have to worry about it getting killed tomorrow.
Firefox
Mostly safari. But when i need to move a website from my iPhone to Windows i will open it on firefox.
Chrome. I would love to use Firefox but it doesn’t have translate.
Chrome, safaris ui sucks so much I cant stand it. I also feel like its considerably slower.
Chrome is literally using the same tech. All browsers on iOS are basically just Safari with a different UI.

Edge lately. Don’t sleep on edge.
I'll second this. I really like it. Apple just added the privacy feature of FaceID locking incognito tabs that Edge has had for a long time.

SOMEBODY hates Edge so much that this is the only downvoted comment in the thread. Crazy the amount of hate Microsoft gets, I also use Outlook just because it’s a better email experience than iPhone’s built in app.
