Charges : Public incitement to commit crimes, public disturbances, obstruction of the freedom to work, and sedition.
Complainants : Activists Melania Torrico (former official in Hugo Moldíz's Ministry of Government) and Marvia Subirana, La Paz Departmental Prosecutor's Office.
Jurisdiction : La Paz-El Alto Departmental Prosecutor's Office.
Details : Complaint based on Morales' promotion of the march from Oruro to La Paz.
Complaint from September 25, 2024
Charges : Economic harm to the state, endangerment of transport and public services, criminal association, and obstruction of official functions.
Complainant : Bolivian Road Administration, under the Ministry of Public Works.
Details : Complaint filed by the Bolivian Road Administration alleging road damage on the La Paz-Oruro route used by the march led by Morales.

Charges : Human trafficking and statutory rape.

Details :
A) Based on police intelligence reports from social media tracking, a formal accusation was issued within two hours without notifying Morales or following proper judicial oversight. Morales' legal team filed a Freedom Action suit in Santa Cruz, which ruled in his favor, citing procedural irregularities.
B) The judge who ruled in favor of Morales reported threats against her and her family.
C) Bolivia’s Attorney General, Juan Lanchipa, stated that Morales and others involved were summoned for questioning on October 10. The Minister of Justice also alleged Morales' involvement in creating a network of young girls, referred to as the "Evo Generation."
D) On December 16, a warrant for Morales' arrest on aggravated human trafficking charges was revealed but remains unapproved by the presiding judge.
