The biggest states in population usually attract the most immigrants, yes.

Welp, this makes things really easy for the racists. They can all move to Idaho, and Montana, and Nebraska. No immigrants to bother them up there!

Meanwhile, I think I'll talk to all my immigrant neighbor friends, and share their lives. I'll have a taco, and those guys up in Nebrsska can have.......corn? I guess? I don't know. Not really my concern what racists eat.

I don't know. I live in an apartment on the 5th floor. I never met my downstairs neighbor.
