Difftastic is a structural diff tool that understands syntax
(difftastic.wilfred.me.uk)
It's great, works incredibly well.
Same experience here as well, I set it as my default git diff viewer and never looked back.
Never knew I wanted something like this so bad. Unfortunately, the git
integration in my preferred IDE shows a blank diff when configuring git
to use difft
as the external diff tool.
Are there any IDEs known to work well with external diff tools?
I've been wanting this since forever. Thanks for posting. ๐
