I think that's a typical technique. Wasn't the liberty city in GTA San Andreas accessible if you flew in the middle of the ocean for a while?

Ye, but a lot of them are in bizarre locations. There's some sort of Casino LOD model outside the map and the nature BD is like hundreds of feet in the air.

The dev cube also for the nature BD is outside the map too in a really accessible place funnily enough lol
