he reacted to the curve too late.
I would say it's avoidable but I have never driven a F1 car.
My Danny Ric friends were trying to convince me he was nobly sacrificing himself to prevent the T-Bone with piastri.
This pretty conclusively puts that to bed lol.
Looks to me like he tried to stop but locked up and slid into the barrier...not sure if he would have stopped on time without that though. Anyone got telemetry ?
Tbh, it seems like he would have made it if he didn't suddenly see piastri and locked up
