I'm really curious about the outcome of this lawsuit, this time Nintendo is not suing a random fan or unpaid developer. It's a multi billion company this time.

You should look into Nintendo's finances. While I wish them ill for how astonishingly shitty they have become, they are not worried about wasting money
Oh I'm sure its not gonna do financial damage but setting precedent that they can't sue everyone and win is a overall win in my book.

Seeing as Palworld is backed by Sony and I believe Microsoft now, it's not just Nintendo against Palworld. The Big 3 are all filthy rich and about to spend a lot of money fighting each other. I certainly wish Palworld the best and hope their new backers back them up to push for a win.
