What exactly am I meant to take away from this? I really can't figure it out

Wait, does the second one show who donates the money or where the money goes? 😵‍💫

Its pretty confusing but I think it is showing the total number of deaths from animals in shelters doesn't even register compared to farm and lab slaughter but receives all of the animal welfare funding.
