It's hard to believe they acquired Studio 397 in 2021 and they're already out of cash. I guess this was just a very optimistic deal that required simracing to continue to grow at pandemic levels indefinitely.

And the complete lack of effort put into Online Competitions. Only reason iRacing has stayed on top for So long is how good the online comp setup is. rf2 promised to do it and they have done it to some extent but when you have LFM doing a bulk of the work you can tell its not top of their list.
